Is this an indoor activity?
Yes, Nerf Wars/Combat Archery will be played in our indoor facility.
Can I walk-in to play with my friend?
Yes, Walk-in visits are always welcome!
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, the minimum age to use our blasters is 4 years old. Every player has to wear a vest, safety eyewear and grip socks. Our goal is for players to have fun which means they should be able to hold the blaster, load the blaster, and shoot the blaster. Please note certain blasters will have age requirements (Elite & Ultra ).
Combat archery minimum age requirement is 14 & up.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, each player must read and sign our online Waiver and Release Form as a condition to play. Parents/Guardians of players under 18 must sign the waiver online or on-site on behalf of their children to allow them to play.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing during game play or workout attire! Please be prepared to wear our grip socks as we don’t allow shoes in the arena (damages the ammo).
How do I play tag games?
Every player will enter the Briefing Area to collect their blaster, goggles, vest and grip socks. Players will receive instructions on how to play and will be given the rules of the game. During the games, referees will be present to ensure everyone understands each game and are following the rules.
Can I bring my own blaster?
No
Can I bring my own camera to take photos/videotape?
Yes, but Bullzeye will not be held liable for any damaged or stolen personal items.
Can I watch my kids play?
Yes! The arena has a café with a viewing area, so parents who don’t want to play can watch all the action.
Do you clean the blasters, eye protection and helmets?
Yes! Each item is disinfected before and after each use for hygienic purposes.

For birthday parties, can I bring outside food?
Outside food or drinks are not allowed. Only exceptions are for birthday cakes.
If I cancel the party/event, will I get my deposit back?
No. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. You may move your party to a different time and date, the deposit will go with the new party date. Please see or reach out to understand the party terms and conditions.
Can I bring in decorations for my child’s birthday?
No, with our birthday party packages decorations will be provided.
Will I be able to customize my party and does that change the pricing?
Yes, the package price will change.

What happens if we go over the allowed amount of people?
Our staff should be informed at least 48 hrs to make the necessary food arrangements.
Will I have a party host?
Yes, we call them Party Captains. A Party Captain will be assigned as your party host. The Party Captain will make you play games and will be with you in the arena to play one games.
How long are we in the party room?
The Birthday Party experience is about 120 minutes (this includes briefing, debriefing, and arena play) You are in the Party room for 45 minutes. You may go to the Party room about 10 minutes before your party goes into the room. If you plan to have add on, we will adjust the timing accordingly.
What happens if the guest count changes?
If your guest count changes that is not a problem. We will be more than happy to adjust it for you. We are able to add the correct number of guests to your party, however, please note that each party is set for a minimum amount of kids. If you have less than that number, you will still be charged for the minimum amount of kids. If you go over the minimum amount, we will adjust to match the number of actual guests in your party.
