1. By buying a ticket at BULLZEYE you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below and in the Waiver form that will be signed/acknowledged prior to participation in any activity at BULLZEYE.

2. I understand the nature of this Activity and that I am in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that if I believe that the event or Activity conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participating in the Activity. 

3. I fully understand that this Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury which may be caused by my own actions, if I misuse the property/services provided to me by BULLZEYE, those of others participating in the Activity, the conditions in which the Activity takes place, or the negligence of the “RELEASES” named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and  assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of participation in the Activity. I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue BULLZEYE, its members, administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASES” herein) from all liability,  claims, demands, losses, or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “RELEASES” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I, or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the RELEASES, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the RELEASES from any loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may  incur as the result of such claim. 

4. I represent that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may suffer or cause while participating in this Activity. I further represent that I have no medical or physical condition which could interfere with my safety in this Activity, or else I am willing to assume and bear the cost of all risk that may be created directly or indirectly by any such conditions.

5. I wave and forfeit all my rights and I undertake that I shall not file any case or claims related to these terms and conditions.

6. All tickets remain the property of BULLZEYE and cannot be refunded, transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown, location booked and are void if tampered with.

7. If you purchase a ticket for the use of any of the facilities at BULLZEYE on behalf of another person, you and that other person both agree that you make that purchase as the authorized agent of that other person so that he/she will be bound by these conditions.

8. BULLZEYE has implemented all necessary safety measures without removing the inherent nature of the activities.

9. The customer agrees to pay the cost of and authorizes BULLZEYE to take all steps it considers reasonably necessary to protect his/her welfare in the event of personal injury, including the administration of any emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation.

10. Participants must follow the requests and guidelines of the staff. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the facility.

11. By participating in any activity at BULLZEYE, you give permission to use any photographs, video footage of you, your dependents, or other minors in your care who use our facilities, collected during your use of our facilities for publication and for use in promotional material. Such photographs or video footage may appear on social media platforms such as Facebook; Instagram; Youtube; and/or Twitter.

12. You also agree not to take photos for Commercial use without our consent.

13. This agreement is governed by U.A.E laws and competent to Dubai Courts.

1. Sessions are subject to availability and start at set times. Tickets are only valid for the time slot purchased at the activity booked. No extension will be granted for late arrivals.

2. For safety reasons, pregnant women, customers with pre-existing health issues or wearing casts are not permitted to participate in any activity.

3. Participants must be over 4 years of age to participate in any activity at BULLZEYE, All participants must sign a waiver, if under 18, then a parent or a responsible adult should complete on behalf of the participant. Waivers can be retrieved at the next visit using the adult’s telephone number. Additional minors can be added to the waiver at any time however, the waiver will need to be re-signed after every alteration.

4. All payments need to be completed prior to using the facility.

5. Minimum group size is required for Combat Archery.

6. BULLZEYE management take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items (including wristbands or receipts) on the premises.

7. Tickets remain subject to availability.

8. For the safety of BULLZEYE staff and other participants, the management reserves the right to remove unruly customers from BULLZEYE. Right of
admission is reserved by BULLZEYE management for reasons of safety or suitability of the activity for the participant.

9. No food, alcohol, or drinks can be bought into Bullzeye premises. As well as no food or drinks can be consumed inside the Bullzeye play area.

10. Bullzeye reserves the right to amend or revise these terms & conditions as needed to maintain safety & compliance.

1. Party Room Capacity & Decorations
– Minimum party size is 15 guests and maximum party size is 30 guests.
(this does not include parents/guardians).
– If you have more or less than the number of guests mentioned above, our Party Captain can provide other alternatives.
– Outside decorations are not allowed. Bullzeye will provide the decorations, both themed or basic.
– No sparklers allowed, we will only allow candles.
– No decorations can be pinned or nailed to the walls or furniture. We have horizontal bars where decorations can be hung.
– Customers can bring their own party bags.
– Bullzeye will charge 500 AED for any violation of the above terms.

2. Party/Event Bookings, Pricing & Duration
– A minimum of 50% deposit must be paid at the time of reservation. Final payment is to be made after the party, once any add-ons or overages have been calculated.
– Customer will be provided an estimate at the time of reservation, based on the packages & add-ons selected on the booking form.
– Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 7 days before the event date. Any changes/cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event do not qualify for a refund.
– The duration of the party will be 120 minutes, which includes;
i.10 minutes welcoming guests;
ii.60 minutes play time; (10 minutes will be used from play time for any special themed events)
iii.10 minutes cake cutting;
iv.30 minutes food and
v.10 minutes for goodie bag distribution.

3. Party Guests
– A meeting should be held with the BULLZEYE Party Captain to define requirements at least 10 days prior to the event.
– If the number of guests attending is less than the minimum stated above, Bullzeye will still charge the customer for the minimum required guests.
– The birthday celebrant is included in the number of guests count.
– You must pay for the minimum party size, even if fewer guests attend.
– Customers should inform in writing the final number of guests 3 days prior to the event. The number should equal to or more than the minimum mentioned above, under Party Room Capacity.
– Any guest ages 1 and up will be counted.

4. Food & Beverage
– Outside food & beverages are not allowed, including water, soft drinks, juices or ice-cream.
– Party Food & Beverage options will be discussed and confirmed with the customer 10 days prior to the event.
– Cake for the party/event is available to purchase from Bullzeye. If you would like to bring your own cake, there is an additional cost of 50 AED.
– Cake orders from Bullzeye will be confirmed once full payment for the order has been made by the customer. Any alterations must be made 48 hours in advance of the party/event, after that no changes will be accepted.
– It is the customers responsibility to make us aware of any allergies. Bullzeye cafe will not be responsible if no information is provided at the time of order confirmation.

5. Miscellaneous
– Bullzeye will not allow any third party to come into our premises for photography, videography, outside entertainment or personal food catering without any prior notice. There will be a charge of 500 AED for violations of this term.
– All participants (Children or Adults) must wear grip socks during play time. Bullzeye will provide grip socks that can be purchased separately for 8 AED.
– Bullzeye management reserves the right to revise/update the pricing of all services & products as needed.
– These terms & conditions are enforced onto the customer, at the time of the party/event booking is
confirmed. Any changes made to the previously agreed upon, terms & conditions will be notified to the customer in writing.
